Routing three layers from the base will have a big impact on the stiffness of the deck.
9 plies and fibreglass layers sounds like it should be plenty stiff (depending on what the glass isn’t where etc) but once you route out say 1/3rd of the deck thickness from the underside, that’s a very different thing.
Doesn’t mean it won’t be fine but it’s going to have a lot more flex.

I ended up building my urethane setup from one of Tomboi’s Liquid Sword decks I picked up second-hand. This thing’s an absolute tank, and I can’t wait to see what he does with the Paragon.
