Is there new requirements? I thought any full face helmet could be used on the track? Although, we should probably be using proper motorcycle helmets for the speeds some of the guys are hitting.

Yeah maybe, except they’re extremely heavy and bulk unless you pay 600 dollars for an ultra light, and also the fact that maybe 10% of the riders have those sorts of helmets already

We apologize for the confusion on this rule. In an effort to clear any misunderstanding or in convenience we have decided the following regarding the helmet safety even for this weekends event at AVS only:
Full face helmets only. We will allow the helmets in question as long as they are not strictly for aero use, have built in permanent padding for impact protection and do not have any cracks or breaks.

All I have so far, full relay, skip to 20 minutes.
