Which board have you tried that has impressed you the most with acceleration?
The mid im assumed aren’t 3d printed. Mine warped in seconds with a bit of spray. I’m guessing yours are injection molded?
Meep hurricane was quite quick. I’m tempted by mlr… obvs I’d like a stooge but I’m not keen on the hot rod vibes…
Multi-Jet Fusion nylon by HP. They recommend soaking prints in hot dye+water to color them. I did so to make mine black.
If that’s the case then I suggest trying out more boards, to help gain more perspective

No they’re straight off printer n onto the board
Heating your chamber could improve layer adhesion significantly. I currently print FDM at up to 65C chamber temps if needed/compatible with the material

What safety margin are you aiming towards with your hubs? Are they 2x stronger than needed ? Or 5x? Etc?
What u lending me? I don’t need more speed than 30 mph but I don’t want that pant wetting torque. I’d rather not buy an f1 or the Raith or that danish thing cos I need wide stance and I love the 16” + wider trucks. If you can think of anything fitting that bill hit me up otherwise it’s on with the build!

The board you’re describing you wanna build doesn’t sound like a race board to me. No hard acceleration no speeds over 30mph.

Fivestars are the only wheel that ever needs to exist. I even managed to run them tubeless for a while through liberal use of silicone, but I’ve given up on the project for the moment.
