I don’t think it’s to bad. The reason this cell is appealing is the price. It’s cheaper then a 30q.
@Arzamenable and @klaus79856 have gotten cells from them before. They would be best ones to ask

I discharged 3 separate 40ts from Queen at 24.4a and got 4.1ah, 4.0, 4.0 out of it. Cut off at 2.5ish per similar testing Mooch did.

All 200 cells I looked at came in pristine white unmolested boxes. Clear dark print. All (120 checked) at 3.45v in storage
