In a similar boat today and feeling sharp af, got a call from one of the service accounts complaining their hvac tech was having a hard time figuring out a troublesome building and they were down below 50% of their cooling capacity and the tenants were cooking.
Voltage was off and huge voltage drop whenever a load would hit. Pretty much all their roof top units were acting up intermittently.
Opened up their 480v panel and everything was about to burn down. Last bi (every other year) annual maintenance was done in the 90s
Got a new service contract today

I’m loving my career because it feels like in the last 5 years I went from being in the top 90% to “ a good bit better than that “
I just got my 33 year old Mexican/ American buddy ( citizen) a job with me got him5 over scale.
The other guys are ALL Hispanic, they asked Jose “ what is wrong with your buddy? Why work so hard?” They found out today.
I asked the boss “ how many bags do I need to load before we go home, regardless of time?”
He said 40 with a smile, then left. Well at1:30 I put the 40th bag in and we got paid to drive home 
we spent 50 hours a week together, make each other’s jobs easy
