Thats fucked up :joy:

We dug up a rubbish hole like 2m underground a few months ago, we even pulled out a full lawnmower :joy:

Oww, bro…

Who does this shit? I really feel like someone from the past has come and robbed me. And a lawnmower, what’s wrong with these munters!

I’ve got to get this digout inspected by an engineer prior to backfill. I’m a bit worried I could have underestimated the cost of this build, especially given the house is 100 already and in an area mostly being developed medium density.

The most laughable part of this is that the main reason for building the garage is space for gear to build another few Esk8 's. The reason to build them is it’s cheaper than buying them built… What’s even the point in anything I guess though.

When I was growing up, my friend’s dad lived in the country … and had a backhoe. He never paid for trash service. He just moved which hole he was putting rubbish in, if it got full.

I live with a brilliant lawyer who is4 years older than me. I was a 10th grade dropout who was emancipated at 16, so despite my natural intelligence, the bitch wins All the arguments, but every once in a while I get to use her as a “ hold out blaster “ I can’t really comment on it, but boy did she perform like a rabid pit bull when needed.
It was the equivalent of the boyfriend saving the day, wreaking shop!
Now I’m thinking I should :stop_sign: poking the :bear:, in a manner of speaking. I almost wanted to “ call her off” at one point. God help me I love women who are smarter than me, it’s damed frustrating, but I hate stupid people.

Well, I’m around stupid people all day, it’s the same reason I have no interest in a girl half my age……um what do we talk about?

Since this is the default hole chat:

Classic laquax LS enclosure took a bollard mount to the face.

Little dremel work and a giant pile of chop so you can still see the scars

Cleans up nicely

Good as used… still needs the top coat but way better than my first attempts

That’s an insanely nice job. Is the patch on top like cf cloth or bits and pieces like “forged” carbon? I know if I tried it it would be black and spiky and sticking up. Do you put on a lot of cf annd epoxy and sand it down and coat again or do you have any tips?

OK, listen up. Oh you I need a career people if you happen to be in the San Francisco Bay Area local 38 pipefitters is having open enrollment in May for apprentices and journeyman apprentices start 35 bucks an hour then they go to 61 and then they go to 88 and I’ve never seen one of them break a sweat. It’s a good job so Heads up.

I would switch unions for that pay, but I got too many years in my union and I love holes too much. I like holes more than pipe. What can I say?

As an electrician I can say, on the clock pipe is better, off the clock, holes are better but to each their own .

Edit, @Pecos how did you come out of this? Hopefully no injuries…

Clean hole, wet all edges with epoxy. Add cf chop add epoxy, repeat until full full, use window screen to compress everything down and mop up extra epoxy, at hard but tacky pull out he screen and masking. At Full cure wet file and sand smooth, once roughly smooth it gets a topcoat not shown. It’s currently curing the top coat and ill get a pic

Not my board but no injuries, was described as “fffffffffuck, it was so brand new looking”

Better than fffffuck, I can see my bone bulging through my skin! Glad no one was hurt. Breaking boards is normal. I’ve only seen an EUC rider cry about a broken ride.

Let me tell ya, I’m a relatively tough guy, stitched myself up a few times, no problem. But I’ve had 2X compound fractures ( bone in the air) and I’m not ashamed to say “ I screamed like a little BITCH!!” As is the only proper response to seeing your bones break free of your skin and see the light of day. I want to tell you, feel free to scream , I did, no shame here, let’s see how you react to broken bone edges rubbing together. The appropriate response is to scream like no one is watching because if someone is, they don’t know JACK!! It fucking hurts! Scream away, IDID!

A little over a year and a half ago, I was riding my mountain bike on some pretty good size kickers, probably 20ft gaps or so. I was going into the last, biggest one… and I cased it. Bottomed out my rear shock and I was thrown otb. went right hand straight into the ground. Fractured my left and snapped my right wrist. It was horrible. My right wrist looked horrific, it was completely mangled. rushed straight to the ER and had surgery. Took 4 months to heal and I still coul barely move it 4 months after that. I did cry, and while I was ashamed in the moment, I realize I had EVERY right to be crying :joy:Though it probably doesn’t compare to yours, it was definitely the worst pain in my life.

And this is the crux, there are situations where the natural reaction is to scream like a bitch! We all do it and to deny it is to deny reality. I’m a tough bastard and I’ve screamed like a little girl, because it was appropriate. It doesn’t make you less of a “ man
“ screaming like a bitch is the appropriate response sometimes
