What is the problem? The product doesnāt work and the company is unreachable? Just call your bank and file a chargeback. That will get their attention.
Consumers arenāt required to use facebook.
Yes, the product does not work as advertised and Yes, the company is not responding to support emails.
I used Paypal, so I should hopefully be able to reverse the payment if need be.

5 business days is typically what I give companies. it allows for the contact guy to come back from their day off, any unknown holidays to happen and such. Any company that hasnāt responded to me in this timeframe gets blacklisted from my future purchases.
Yeah, I sent off the first support email last Friday, so Iāll give em till this Friday, itās only Wednesday after all.
This just isnāt the first time Iāve emails them for support and got nothing back. The last time I was able to fix my issue; It was a broken motor wire, right where it enterās the motor. It broke there 4 times on 3 different wires⦠the wires flex waaaaaay too much when you carve and there is no strain relief, and itās low quality wire too, very stiffā¦
Anyway, lame but fixable, I build my own RC Planes and quads, etc. so it was not a hard repair and I added strain reliefā¦
But imagine if I was just a regular shmo with no soldering skills or knowledge of BLDC motors (like some of my riding buddies). This would have been a total nightmare. then they call a guy like me to fix it⦠LOL
So the Board is almost a year old with 1000+ miles, and the Gear drive is less than 2 weeks old with 0 miles. (in fact its back in its box)
Anyway, I absolutely loooooove my Endeavor GT, but I am so far not impressed with Propel.

I canāt imagine ANY customer support department ignoring emails.
I have sent emails from 2 different email addresses too, just to see if that may be the case. Most I sent from my own email server, the others were from my Gmail based work email. And still nothing.
I donāt think there is anything wrong with the gear drive per-say either.
What I suspect is the Gears introduce just enough extra drag that the FOC hits some over-current fault er sumtin and goes into some Limp-mode or Safe-mode of some sort. And only runs with very limited torque⦠!?
Itās the only thing I can think of that would cause it to run perfect on the bench, but then not perform under load.
Sux, I was reeeeeaaallllly happy to finally get a gear drive.
Looking at the Gear Drive again, One side is free spinning, the other side is binding a good bit every turn and half or so. I bet its what is causing the over current event. If that is whatās going on of course.
Im tempted to open that gear case and see whatās binding.
Is it a bad bearing or bent shaft?
Or just a big blob of RTV on one of the gears?
Its not like im getting warranty support after all.
And there is, of course, no Warranty sticker either. Soooooo. Hmmmm.

I noticed it happens about every 5-ish turns, and itās a 5.33 gear ratio, so makes sense. The binding (grinding?) happens twice in the span of 10 turns, the first bind is not too bad, and the second is really bad. I thing 2 gears are messed up and the messed up parts from both gears lines up every few turnsā¦
