Ppl bitched about EBS/flux going with ABS for the new enclosure. It’s 5mm thick and sturdy as hell, still keeping an eye out for the first failure.

Also a lot of people overtighten their enclosure bolts so that’s why ABS enclosures failed for them. I remember one dude complained about tillers abs enclosures cracking and when I inspected his board, he didn’t even have washers for M3 bolts like bro, you’re dumb

Agree 2.0 or if you buy an enclosure from him are abs and pretty thin vs the flux enclosure.
Mine are cracked from just attaching the enclosure to the deck lol

I’ve seen countless of his enclosures cracking up witch is not necessarily a bad thing but it’s a little bug that most peep aren’t koo with.Idk why Ernesto hasn’t done anything to improve that. He should be on fiberglass by now imo
In the old forum this guy from New Zealand (forgot his nick) created his own silicone enclosure for his Trampa DIY. Really flexible material as well as durable and protective. That maybe an alternative construction technique for all the type enclosure cracking going on.

Flux=way better then proto.
But I’m 6-5" tall and weight a ton.
No more heels scraping on tires.
Also no more range anxiety. I actually have never run my 50e 12s9p flux down.

Can’t find the link right now but if you search something like, “double skateboard rear light/tail light” it should come up. Comes with a bracket to mount and everything.
They are motion sensing so they’re pretty dope for night rides or if you just want ppl to know when you are braking.
