Update 2:
Since I have been in touch with Propel, they have taken care of all my issues and answered all my question to my satisfaction.
Turns out the first gear set I was set was not assembled correctly (maybe) not sure, but it was somehow set up with a 1.5:1 ratio, instead of the 5.33:1.
The binding worked itself out just from riding it looks like, either that or its not significant enough to cause any issues.

Anyway, Iris @ Propel took care of everything I needed and turned me into a satisfied customer. :metal: :skateboard:

Ohh I almost forgot.
This Gear Drive is F%$#@^ AWESOME!!
It sounds like a Jetsons car, and has insane torque…

Only 2 negatives; it makes the board 2" wider in the back (a bit annoying on narrow trails) and it makes the board noticeably heavier.
