I have a week with my P1S. Have not stopped printing lol
NVM, Found the one Maner posed https://forum.esk8.news/uploads/short-url/vKudu2IZT8pVGiNaH5nVZ4xXeZR.STL
Does anyone have a STL of just the thumbwheel? specifically one with the nub?
Anyone know if the Batwing XL fits the puck v2? If not, is there a STEP I can edit? Only found the stl so far on thingiverse.
Or should I just get the puck v1? I think the main difference is the potentiometer vs hall sensor for the throttle wheel, right?
Thanks for these!
Gave my board a test run today.
I like this shell. Good work!
The PCB is also a slightly different shape. Might matter, might not, I’ve not seen how tight the Batwing is.
Does anyone have the print file for the buttons? Specifically for the triple button 2Poast2Mote
Those buttons and the green poastmote shells behind look familiar
Negatory. That is where the familiarity ends
Do ah… Does anyone have the file
Ok, as mentioned somewhere I was not happy with the positioning of the thumbwheel on my new V2 Pro remote housing because the nub on the wheel somewhat changes the dynamic and I found that I had to move my thumb when transitioning from accelerating to braking. My hope was that moving the thumbwheel location back closer to my thumb would fix it.
So I made the changes several days ago, and yesterday got a chance to test it. It passed the test so here it is. Naming convention is kinda tricky because the first version would have been V1 of the Hoyt V2 but I called it V2. So this one is V3 of the Hoyt V2 which is techincally V2. Questions?
Puck V3 Housing Back.STEP (831.7 KB)
Puck V3 Housing Front.STEP (1.2 MB)
The difference in position is 10 degrees clockwise. Conveniently this moved the USB port out of the crotch of the tail which made it really easy to clean up.
Other changes include (as requested here) alignment walls all the way around the Housing Back (previously they were only on the tail); and a pretty nice (if I do say so myself) cleanup of the USB port.
Here’s the picture of the V2 for comparison
Please let me know if you have issues.
I’ll have to print one of these and give it a try
Nice! Are you able to do a compact version without the handle sticking out? I know it takes away your design style but i like keeping my pucks small
That…. Would just be a regular puck shell no?
Yes but it’ll be smaller, stock puck shells are big
