Ditch the discharge BMS if you wanna save some space.

This is v1.
I’m sure you guys will invent better monster systems.
We are in the traction business.
The power system is open.
We will try and build a solid system.
Money can buy better, you can build better.
We plan to offer parallel packs for more distance.
Fast charging.
Reduced wheel diameter by 30mm to improve torque.
No loss of surface area.
Lighter, Stonger Paddles.
Got any working prototypes yet?
Last model (v7) rode like shit.
Needed some work to get the board riding better.
Last test had traction, needed torque.
We will try and fix the torque and ride in v9. (molding now)
v10 will incorporate the new motor and paddles
We will test the new arms with old motor while the motor housing gets cast.
We may put a gear box in the final unit to let the rider set the gear ratio.
what do you think about this?
I think they should have used both jet engines on the front spaced out to not burn the rider’s legs. Also if they pointed down I bet they would thrust a lot more forward.
Hmm, I wonder how some jets would be on a skateboard …
EDFs work fine for us because the lower resistance.
I think this Jet idea would be good on a snowscoot or something.
You in Europe? Me wanna ride this.
He is down in Mammoth, US. But I know so many people want to buy this(including me), a European group buy will be made, I’m sure.
Lol they did this too on Hacksmith if you look for it, that’s how one of them broke their arm
You seen this I guess?
it seems there was some kind of spring return swivel action added
bruh did you not get the pop up that I has posted that? look up
maybe you don’t get them on mobile
sorry know you are a busy dude don’t expect you to read everything
From the comments it seems he took apart an electric scooter so that is where he got the battery/ESC from for good powrr
posted this stuff by the same dude earlier but never watched his whole channel at the time.
The electric track is pretty sweet I would love to make something like that. Kinda been planning on making a tank track onewheel that is a little more complicated.
did your v7 ride as good as these youtube vids?
You need to focus more on the propeller/board design first. And just buying off shelf batteries mounted in your backpack to start. Making custom batteries to spec is relatively easy and can be done after the prototype works.
would you consider something like this but with a coaxial/cam control to lift the scoops out of the snow?
Have you also considered a hinge in the arm that attaches this propulsion wheel?
