Power Traverse - electric snowboard

20s seems almost too powerful, or is it just fast and fun?

Snow has a poor traction coefficient.

If it’s fast, even the haters will want one.

Thanks to @shaman our controller is now alive.

We will use Little FOCers as our OEM controller tuned to our motors @ 20s.

My buddy lives behind A-frame I couch surf

Super cool! How do the threaded studs on the dead axle of the motor (would you technically call that a dead axle?) connect to the mounting arms?

The first 2 production motors are getting cut now.

We will build 6 prototypes to test the flexible parts and look for weaknesses before molding those parts for production.

The internals were still 3d printed with zero tolerance. (Quiet under load)

Some of the parts had fit issues that require fixes (the seals squeeze the axle too tight etc.)

The rotor had a chamfer that was causing the paddles to eject at high speed. Some serious G forces spinning a small wheel fast with that external mass.

Goal it to get them to handle 80mph without ejection. I

Want to hit 24s.
