do you recommend i make any changes on the response times or throttle curve for smoother start, cause now I have a feeling that id I get on my board it will launch me off.

No, I would use the defaults on those.

Lower “Fault stop time” to 85ms though and “Duty Cycle Current Limit Start” to 85% in the motor advanced tab. Keep all the other defaults as they are good, and set that way for reasons.
