I bought a marine grade vinyl and will be skinning some. It’ll just be the top side but for something flat, it seems more cost effective.

Ideally I’d prefer jens new hubs in the raw because they can handle 9" tires too for my Cadillac but they’re probably much pricier and also mostly untested.
