The motor mount is the wrong way around, the flat side goes towards the pulleys

Oh yes, didn’t pay attention since the motor has yet to arrive. Tightened everything as much as possible. Still have minimal wobble on the wheel pulley so that I get this:

Can I ride with this and it will get away or should I really damage my truck by filing it :frowning:

Is the wheel wobbling or just the pulley?
You can try to square it up by inserting the large bearing in the pulley, put everything on the hanger, tighten down the pulley and then remove the support bearing.

Try to get it as straight as possible. Based on the sound in the video something is misaligned.

Thank you for your help today!
Really great to have you guys! Don’t know how often I would have failed without your help. The wheel pulley is pure perfection
Doesn’t touch the truck any longer and sits very very close to the motor mount!

Where should I use locktite? Like for which screws?
Will this make it permanent or can I unscrew again after it?
Is there a German company that sells this :)?

every screw needs loctite unless the screw already has some on it (blue stuff on screw). Often motor bolts have loctite already but not always.
As for loctite look here

Use 243 most of the time. 263 is like almost unremovable.

Thanks!!! I’m so happy how everything works  only need the motors, second motor kit and battery with enclosure
Everyday there’s parcels that arrive at my door. It’s like Christmas

So I would use locktite on both the axle grub screws. Should I use it for the wheel pulley too? What about the motor screws?
Are these an alternative to locktite in cases where nuts are used?

loctite on every arrow.

Orange are the motor screws once the motor is mounted and in the right position.

Yellow on the opposite site of the red one next to it.
Your axle nuts don’t need loctite. Thats what the nylock nut is for

Now that’s an Instruction even better than IKEAs
Do you have a Link for 243 locktite?

Just your typical Amazon/Ebay search link.

I bought mine from aliexpress and some locally i think.

The loctite from china is a knockoff thats more like glue but still works. 50ml for 5€ i think.

Haha, yeah I think you can call it knockoff…

this is what arrived

(bought fully knowing that it’s a cheap knockoff) But hey, it works

How are you supposed to flex with it when there’s not even the stickers?
Nobody is going to believe you, you have some real and pure LOCTTLF there.
Even I don’t know if I should trust you… Many people buy the cheap fake LOCTTLF out there not knowing you must have the LOCTTLF quality label hahaha

I’m gonna get one too!
Maybe I get the rare quality by LOCTTLF…
Quality by Henhel would be okay too

Sadly shipping time is really long… Until June :frowning:
Would you maybe sell me your awesome LOCTTLF quality LOCTTLF loctite? @xsynatic
I’ll treat it like it’s holy water
