Newbee 3links style truck

Maybe it’s just me but front and rear look to be the same angle and amount of steer?

I have a question for you guys…
Is there any way i can adapt a plate to the bottom of these?

The goal is to mount a single onewheel type hub motor to these. The problem in trying to solve is how to keep the Axle from rolling. Trying to figure out a way to do this without putting a bunch of stress on the links

Do you have the link of the hub motor?

I can give you multiple examples of the hub motor. One second.

Either of these have the same mount.
If you need any more info, i have a couple of them i can get measurements from.

I would be really thankful if there is a way to pull this off!

You’ll need to support both sides of these hubs, which will be quite the challenge on an esk8

Very aware of the need for attachment on both sides.

motor mounts can be put on 3 links and not twist.

My idea is an upside down U, mounted to the trucks, then the hub mounts inside the U.

This is wild… Like a 3link speedboard.

Exactly!!! But with wider hub motors for offroad!

Those are gonna need to be one hell of a stiff set of motor mounts…

I fully support this endeavor

That’s why I’m worried about the geometry, seems like the only thing keeping the axle from spinning is the joints.

I know those aren’t made to hold rider weight.

Am i wrong?
Does the axle freespin without the arms?

That would basically solve all of my issues

Lol yes

The “U” might work. But you can also just bolt the motor to both motor mounts.

It’s actually pretty easy if you use in-runner motors With a motor mount bolted on each side of the motor.

What kind of motor is that?

That is very encouraging!
I think maybe double up on the mounts, just for insurance.
I really appreciate you guys!
If you have anymore ideas , please let me know. I’m going to order the deck and enclosure this week. Decided on a Fux DiY kit. 16s6p now i need to figure out a decent dual esc.
