25khm is way too slow for top speed.

You can not fool the nature. For the same power, he will push the same amps/cell for the same power requirement. But more current lead to thicker wires, less efficiency, smaller range e.t.c.

Well, my target is 27-28 km/h loaded. Actually, I have already ridden the board with the same specs. Yeah, sometimes you feel like turtle when you roll on the smooth pavement near cars flying at 50 mph, but that is still enough to go faster than your mates in the bus. Combine that with the small weight and kicktail, and you are on the best commuter.
