These 3 videos are all on this little flat baby meandering mountain bike trail.
It just shoots off of the regular gravel trails for a minute.

“We have @Pecos Tantrum build at home”
It did not come.
Yesterday was one of those unusual days that I did not ride at all. I don’t think I even jumped on the Onewheel.
We did a family hike on a Bluff near the house and got to see an insane amount of Turkey Vultures really close up.
We also drove out to the river. Which is always fun.

Today I got on it early on.
Late morning cruise on the Flux.
I gotta get it while the getting is good.
Look at this insane short forecast.
Monday it’s not very likely I will want to venture out.
In fact looks like January is going to be more winter like…
So cool.
On my way home I took the long way through the neighborhood and ran into the other Luca out in the wild riding.
it’s Sunday and winter is coming.
It will be here late afternoon.
But this morning it was really nice out so I took the boys for a cruise on campus and downtown
I got out this afternoon for 10 miles on the Almost a Flux.
I really enjoy the explorer tires and how planted they feel on the street and how capable they are off road.
This root ripped a hole through the enclosure, ripped off the bolt and insert. And held on to them.
oh no.. i jynxed it. sry!
The MBS 9 in are far better for off-road than the explorers IME. @stan_he can attest
Yeah. That extra cushion and clearance is hard to beat.
I would say the Gravel Flux with the 9 inch mudpluggers gets around more easily on bumpy and rocky terrain and roots are way less of a worry.
But when I get off the trails and go on the road I’m liking the feeling of the Explorers way better…
One of these days I need to try the big 10 inch tractor tires.
It’s true. At least we got out and did plenty of the caveman.
Yesterday was another no ride day…
It was butt ass cold.
Today we are getting near freezing which is a good warm up.
But I went ahead and brought the GT inside so I can loosen up
De ja vu.
It’s winter out there. But I’m charging up the Flux and hope to get excited about riding this afternoon.
Last call ride.
Most likely won’t be riding later. But I got out for a big ride on the Flux.
And it’s a perfect way to close the year.
Happy new year kids!!!
We got things started with the GT inside.
The Almost a Flux got ridden in front of the house for a second.
I was showing a buddy the super lean.
But today I braved the cold. Just above freezing.
And I got out on the Patton for 6 miles.
Did a bunch of carving, and all the usual stairs on Campus.
Good exercise to get things started.
The GTVX is dead!
Welp, at least the battery.
Sad day. Not unexpected. But sad nonetheless.
I tried to connect to it this morning to check the battery level. No go.
I connected the charger. It stayed green.
And upon opening and checking the XT60 we got a whoping 9.88 volts.
This is the stock 18S2P P42A pack. So down close to .5 volts.
This has a Little Foccer 3.1 and the power button was the type that always stays on.
Which I have really enjoyed up until today. I liked having the One wheel in the house and being able to just jump on it and ride.
Today the price of that convenience seems steep.
Perfect excuse to build a 20s2p meat pack ![]()

I worry about the space. I’m inclined to just build a 18S2P and actually use the FM spacers. So just upgrade the cells
I wish Mario @TheBoardGarage had his 19S2P pack parts already, but I probably won’t be able to wait for that.
Today it was a no ride day…
Unless this counts somehow.
