Next gearbox design will be different, it will be a tiny bit bigger and it will take a 47T wheel gear meaning shorter gearing ratios. 5.9/1 max

Gearbox weight will be the same :crossed_fingers:

If you add me two more mounting holes, I’m sold

I’m guessing you’ll have to buy a new set for that instead of swapping?

Switched to the new hangers on the front truck. This was the look I was going for when I started building this board, can’t wait to add some ally rims to this board

Time to improve this board. Firstly lets talk about weight. I am stoked about developing new parts for this board and I absolutely love the way it rides at the moment but hate how much it weighs. Lets address that.

My goal:

I will keeping the electronics the same but changing almost everything else.

I think those pelican cases can be a bit heavy. Might be some room to save weight there.

For sure the peli case weighs 1.2kg on its own

Do you use this board for street, off road, or both? Also how do these trucks feel when off-road

I use it for everything, during the winter I used my board strictly for road use because off-roading isn’t really fun when you keep getting stuck in the mud.

Now that spring is approaching the trails and hills are much dryer and I am enjoying riding off road.

This park right next to my house is my playground at the moment:

They handle offroad trails nicely but I prefer avoiding people and dogs so I stick to these grassy hills when its busy. They really do carve like a dream so carving on the trails is super fun. Maybe I need a gopro to share a few rides.
