Nkon has them available for preorder. It’s probably not a good idea but we can expect them to be available on the 5th of July and start at €12.95 or €10.95 buying >100.
I’m not sure on the situation with Nkon shipping to the US but I might be able to preorder and ship samples to the US and test one myself.

Also the EVE 40P rated to 50A 4Ah could be effectively a budget Molicel it would be amazing to get your general feedback on them especially for Wh under more amps and stuff like continuous watts instead of continuous amps.

Would love to test them, can’t find them anywhere. 
There’s really no difference in cell rankings (how they compare to each other) between constant current and constant power discharges. The best cells for one will be the same best cells for the other.
If someone wants to estimate run time though then, of course, it matters.
