You could integrate the pulley in the rim, so you would be able to make a nicer rim design. 42-44t should work just well.

i spoke with a couple factories and am speaking with more now
most either want 10000+ tires ordered or they will charge like 100$ per tire
hopefully i will find 1 who agree to do it for lower quantity

also when he said airless he didnt mean tubeless rather he was reffering to a solid tire

not solid, I used to watch my dad change his own tires in the Soviet russiaā¦he used a crowbar to get the tire over the rimā¦dont see why we couldnāt just use a screwdriver to stretch the tire over a rim.

There are so many things you need to think about bud. solid tires above 25mph literally spin off the rims when they expand. Think hard here
