took me a min to find this:

I want us to be able to double check all your configs.
you’re using vesc-tool desktop last i saw so you should be able to save these configs.

Also which firmware version are you running now?

Also get a shot of FOC -> general tab -> sensorless mode.

on the motor current front. I’m gonna say 60A per side motor current is too high. cut it to 25A. ( or follow whatever some wiser forum member advises. )

safe to ride ?

for science, I peeked at deodand’s HFI tutorial where he ran detection on some old raptor hubs…

they detected at almost 40amps… 15 will be well safe, 30 would work if he doesn’t ride that aggressively, 20 should be insanely slow and safe…

15amps a side… pack a lunch and take a bus…
