Weeeeeeee….
Good to find out that the CNC axles are different because I’ve considered the same ultrawide swap on my 320s if I can pick up another set of MIII sometime since I’d be almost halfway there buying 4 70mm axles. I was wondering why they only sell the stainless 70mm for spares and not the cromoly ones that come on the 280s.
This is why we don’t buy Wera
I’m a fan. Will continue to be a fan.
I’m just a savage breaking shit today…
This was putting the axle back on…
That’s interesting. I always rub my front toe side on the 9” wheels
Lol dude. I caught my front heel so hard yesterday on a hard turn on the woods…
It actually lifted my foot off the deck and quickly transferred it to the front of the board as I proceeded to fall on my butt….
The work today is to avoid the foot rubs…
The 320 hanger with the 70mm axles is as wide as the 3DS Fat Boys I had on here.
But I also decided to extend my wheel base by drilling out new holes.
So I’m going longer and wider hoping to get the right feeling…
Yesterday when I put the narrower trucks on it looked funny to me.
Felt tall…
I am taking a break from tinkering but I had just put the tires back on and the look is already better to me .
Worth noting that your vice jaws are conducting a lot of heat away from the hanger here. If you left the hanger sticking out so the part that you’re trying to heat is exposed, you would have a much easier time cooking the loctite properly.
This is a good observation and I did move the end up on the other ones.
It’s a pretty simple job once you cook the ends enough.
Hi guys,
Anyone got a STEP or STL of the Matrix III profile ?
Wanna build some parts for it.
Couldn’t find this anywhere ![]()
Yeah, those ones you linked to are the short thread version.

Ola friendos. I’ve just bought a set of matrix 3 trucks that I’m going to fit to my flat deck tynee explorer pro. Does anyone know anywhere that sells or makes good 35 degree risers. In Australia if possible. Looking at maybe trying to get a set CNC’d
better to use the correct trucks for that deck
