Normally here, but looks like its sold out.
So try ATBShop…
I’ll check with exway about the 404 for europe. That shouldnt be the case. Did you contact them about that already?

Exway is already sold out in Europe unfortunately. ATBShop seems to be the best bet currently. MBS Agent Explorer Electric Mountainboard - ATBShop.co.uk
Yes I have asked exway, they never got stock in Europe. It was never sold-out, they never got it in the first place, they told me they shipped the boards from China and it will take months, because they shipped by slow-boat.
I cannot order from ATBShop… because UK brexit. Also, they charge a lot-lot more than buying directly from exway? Exway asks 3000 euros btw incl. for an Agent explorer, free shipping, so 3200 more or less with F5X bindings, while ATBshop asks 3800 pounds for the same explorer with bindings, and extra shipping cost! Not sure how every reseller I see have their own price label.
Anyway… I think all this promo and no boards to buy no where, even from the factory…
Give us our toys! haha
Haha. Frustration noted. It’s always tough to know where to send boards on a first run. We’ll try to do better on the next one. In the meantime it looks like ATBShop is the only option that won’t spend a long time in transit. Sorry man!
It’s not only that… the price of the MBS Explorer in ATBShop is £3720 (4200 euros with F5X bindings.) The math ain’t mathing here
Same goes for Powerkiter.fr (French reseller) asking 4300 euros for the MBS Explorer, without bindings?
While in exway the MBS Explorer with F5X bindings is 3100 euros.
What is the price then? Are your reseller scalpers?
And from ExWay I have tried for 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks. To talk with “Nikki” from exway website, just asking for a date when it was going to be back in stock… Every email reply takes 3 days or more, and the language barrier is so terrible, that in the end I got no answer but a 15$ code discount to order an Exway Atlas Pro (?) Honestly, I’m quite afraid that if I ended up ordering one, if ever needed, a warranty claim will be impossible to work out with Exway.
Sorry MBS but you had a terrible partner in exway here… it’s so bad that I’m looking into other options now. Peace out!
Dude, you need to chill out and stop accusing people of shit. All the things that you’re complaining about are the simple realities of international shipping and small-scale manufacturing. If you dont want to buy the board from the options you have, that’s totally fine. But dont be a dick about it.
What makes you think that ATBshop could possibly sell the board for the same amount of money as MBS/Exway? ATBshop has to buy a bunch of boards from MBS/Exway, paying a big lump sum up front for boards they might not sell for months. That’s a big risk for any business. Then they have to pay to ship that huge pallet of massive board boxes from China to them. The exact same shipping cost/time which you were complaining about from Exway
And when the boards do finally arrive, they have to pay whatever import taxes/tariffs/duties their country charges.
So OF COURSE they’re going to have to sell the boards for more. They have to sell them at a price which can sustain their business. Which, I’ll remind you, is EXACTLY the same reasons why you’re complaining about not being able to import a board from elsewhere. Cus it’s EXPENSIVE.
Not to mention that after they sell a board, they have to do customer service on that sale for the rest of time. The same customer service you were complaining about from Exway, I might add.
If you want local customer service who speaks your language, shares your timezone, and responds promptly, that’s exactly what you’re paying extra for when buying from a local retailer like ATBshop
I’m sure this is not your intention, but you’re coming across like a spoiled brat. You want to order directly from the manufacturer for the lowest possible price, undercutting any local retailers. You want it shipped straight to you, fast and for free. You want to pay no import fees at any point. And for all that, you think you still deserve the same quality of customer service as you would get from the local retailers who you’re unwilling to buy from. Grow up
MBS is a small company. Exway is a small manufacturer. ATBshop and whoever else are tiny retailers. No one is out to get you, like you seem to believe. There isnt some grand conspiracy going on. Everyone involved would love to sell you the board you want, at the lowest price that is sustainable for their business. This isnt Walmart or Apple or whatever, where they can bend global supply chains to their will and deliver a seamless buying experience to everyone everywhere all at once.
This is just how this shit works. Chill.
Have you tried asking to speak with the manager?
God damnit justin. I spend minutes crafting the perfect many-paragraph-long takedown, and you just come along and blow me out of the water in seconds
I was literally thinking while reading your post, “If I had gone the high route and explained beautifully, Ben or Al would come in with a banger of a one liner.”
Swear on my life. We’re oil and vinegar.
Thanks for coming to our defence @BenjaminF and @Venom121212 . All good points. With that said, even though his tone could have been more constructive, his main point, that the availability of the MBS AGENT series in Europe from our first production run wasn’t ideal, is valid. It’s especially tough to get distribution right on a first run. We’re certainly aiming to do better for our next run.
Do your European customers have the option for shipping from the US? I know it wouldn’t be cheap but neither is combined shipping cost of parts for putting together a DIY.
This guy is gunning for my title hard.
Good idea. We’re working on the DG cert to allow us to ship our batteries internationally via air. Hope to have that soon.
