Kingpin looks like it’s wobbling too, it’s tight I checked
Looks sketchy to me, I just put on new bushings a week ago too
Any thoughts?

Well seems either the kingpin is wobblng in the bushings, or the bushings are wobbling in the baseplate or hanger.
Is it possible to over tighten the kingpin and pinch the bushings closer together?
If so then all the pressure would be on the edges of the new bushings, and would wear quickly
Your post number 32 in this thread could be relevant. If that gap opened even more.

@SternWake I’ve gotten it tight, but nothing super tight
The piece being solid alum is pretty sturdy and I haven’t noticed and bowing inward from the kingpin holes on the baseplate

But I picked up this 1968 Sears Rugged Typewriter for $25 on my bday from a thrift store
Getting it all cleaned up and mechanically it works perfect! My first purely mechanical typewriter and definitely a good example
Waiting on wheels and tires for my Volvo Wagon as well, Recently installed Bilstein B8 Sport Struts with H&R Lowering coils, so it rides a lot better now.
And with the full sound system I put in, it’s pushing closer to 10k watts all said and done
I think i’ve put my foot in too many projects, but it keeps me busy.
I’ve been thinking about trucks and gear drives for El Royale as well, just need to get my money up so I can spend it and bring my money back down
More updates to come when I get the mini swap more finished. Getting used to this Bambulab slicer and printer.
Which btw, holy fuck, any 3dp nerds out there, Bambulab is no joke, what you hear is true.

ya the bambu printer is really good i havent even had to do a dynamic calibration yet, just sucks you cant really use on work network or it will send your prints to the cloud. besides that i have no issue mostly printing abs at work. i might pick up the insulation kit and led upgrade. just gonna wait a bit first

Hit a bit of a snag today at the Dmv
Turns out my license has been suspended for a year, after I got hit with no insurance.
So wagon is parked for the next month or so while I figure this shit out and get enough money to pay dues.
At least that means I get to ride more
