Made my own jig for spot welding my pack. There are grooves on the rear side that go around the nickel and the magnets pull the nickel up into the grooves so it doesn’t move. [20210603_011045] [20210603_011036] Also made a tool for cutting into even pieces and for rounding the corners. [20210602_210920] [20210603_011624] I’ll be trying to round the corners with 6 0.2mm pieces stacked at once with my dremel metal cutting wheel. Any tips for that?
