That also already happened with me, I think until it arrived to Holland. Before that no updates. Hope that is the case.
In any case, customer support has been good and enough people here received their stuff and reported satisfaction with the product, so I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered from the UK, although no longer in the EU we are still working to The same import guidelines until the end of the year.
I paid about £40 import duties.
Still very cheap after the duties.

We have 24% here and they charge us VAT on the shipping aswell. Ridiculous.
But it is what it is.

Yes.
It’s in here! Worked fine so far, except when I plug Metr in it switches off one side of the motor controller. Unsure if it’s a metr problem or an esc problem.

Fuck… Sorry dude. I’ve kinda been held up on getting mine installed. When I get back into town tomorrow. I’ll just open one of my boards and plug metr and this esc in to see if I have the issue also. I’m actually really curious now.
