I now include bearings with the MAD tubeless wheels. Are you planning to use the tubeless wheels with the 3-link trucks? If you are, the best bearings are the 10x28x8mm bearings.

I am using 380mm belts. They work great. With the newer motor mount plates, you could go a little longer.

Hi everyone,
I really need your help to move forward with planning my setup (choosing between M or L brackets).
I placed my order back on July 5th. While the trucks have already arrived, I haven’t even received a tracking number for the tires from support yet. Since it looks like this is going to take a long time and I don’t want to get stuck on the planning phase, I’m hoping someone from the community can help me out with the measurements.
Could someone please measure the exact inner distance from tire to tire for me? I need the clear space between the left inner tire wall and the right inner tire wall when mounted on the MAD 3-Link trucks.

Hi, I’ve just received some soft bushings. I want to mount green ones at the back and red ones at the front. Regarding the rear axle: if I want to minimize steering as much as possible, how long should I make the rods—how many millimeters? I only want the board to tilt left and right, without any steering.
Has anyone tried using the MAD 3-Links at the board level? Is there a compatible base plate, perhaps from @IDEA with some modifications, I don’t know, but it would be possible to use it that way. @fujio001

Dude, totally agree. Tom is the friggin’ best. I’ve had so many long conversation chains with that guy, and he’s always incredibly helpful.
He actually made some gear drives back in the day too, when esk8 was at the height of its popularity. I just sold a set of his that were designed for Evolve trucks.

Damn! That’s creative. The adapter looks like it could flex just a touch and give some vibration dampening. Not a true suspension but could improve ride quality. Especially with urethane wheels.

Hallo Leute, ich brauche dringend ein paar Originalschrauben für meine MAD/Stooge-3-Link-Achsen und hoffe, dass mir hier jemand weiterhelfen kann.
Ich suche genau die beiden Schraubentypen, die auf dem angehängten Foto zu sehen sind:
• 20 × kurze Innensechskant-Gewindestifte (Madenschrauben)
• 4 × lange Senkkopfschrauben mit Innensechskant
Mir wäre es sehr wichtig, die Originalschrauben bzw. -teile von MAD/Stooge zu bekommen, anstatt zu versuchen, vor Ort etwas Ähnliches zu finden.
Weiß jemand, wo ich diese kaufen kann, oder hat vielleicht jemand, der mit den MAD/Stooge-Achsen zu tun hat, noch welche vorrätig? Alternativ wäre es auch eine große Hilfe, wenn mir jemand die genaue Gewindesteigung, Länge und die Schraubenspezifikationen nennen könnte, damit ich sie direkt bestellen kann!
Natürlich bezahle ich gerne für die Schrauben und den Versand. Ich brauche sie ziemlich dringend, um die Achsen fertigzustellen und losfahren zu können.

@fujio001 any idea what the screws pictured are for his MAD link trucks? He’s trying to find exact replacements but doesn’t know thread pitch etc

I don’t think it’s that hard to tell which screws they are if you look at the instructions; you really can’t mix them up.
Is it possible for someone to give me the exact specifications?
I would just measure with calipers
