EDIT the kegel adapters fit beautifully into the TB110 wheels. When test fitting, it actually clicked in, and was a bit of pain to remove.

Yeh I know. Of you remember we had to changed it the last moment due to the flipped kegel core in the TB 110mm wheels. Now is fine.

Riptide bushings I have barrel, canon, cone, fatcone, magnum, chubby.
Magnum and chubby don’t fit the step in the bushing seat.
I think canon and fatcone are the best fit, but it’s not really a good fit, lots of room in the bushing seat, at least for canon. I wish one of the shapes fit nice and snug to eliminate slop.
I’m going canons all the way around. Krank 96a boardside 93a roadside for first run.
TIL there are multiple standards for metric fasteners. For M10 nuts, some standards have 16mm across the flats, some have 17mm. Doh!

I think I have found the nuts I will send you the link. Classic m10 x 1.5mm should work no problem.
For the bushing seat, I used the inner diameter of Paris truck, now in the hanger I am making I read more about trucks and I making them differently. Usually I go for barrel bushings and they seemed fine for me. I will check later anyway.

Hi! Not sure the demands is there. When I started there was no options so that’s why I and the MAD Fury. Now there are cheap drive from China at a bit less and I already gave them at the lowest price I could make them. With less number of parts I won’t be able to provide then for the same price. Was fun make them though

The motors are sourced, but the mechanical parts to convert them is what I made and I really like how they turned out.
I think for all the companies is not easy when the demand increases. They are not making the drives just resell it, so I do not know why everyone goes through them and not directly to the source

Most likely because the actual factory has a minimum order of 100-1000 or something.
Similar to the chinese hobbywing ESC’s. They are dirt cheap from the factory, but you need the volume of wowgo, ownboard, etc to even get to talk to them.
No they contacted me on WeChat. They accept way smaller order. We talked about 25 or 15 drives (don’t remember should check) for a dirty price, although they admit that the DD had still some problem but then when I asked more details they were vague about it. CEO or selling manager from these companies are nice guys, the only problem that they do not anything about what they sell. I then talked to the engeneer and they asked me questions instead of answering I mien, I am just noone, but their questions where really basic. Here on the forum folks would have replied… Use the search button

No that is a separate factory I think. They showed me only the airless 105mm wheels, the black one with the pneumatic pattern.

Alessio, you should definitely try to get a sample from the factory if you can and test it for us. Since you helped them, they should provide you one for free. People would be happy to have more alternatives to eLofty.

No I don’t think they will give me one for testing. I should pay for it and honestly I have 3 DDs at home made by me. I am covered for the moment
Now I just want to finish my builds. Anyhow someone else can contact them and organise the thing for everyone. The factory behind is not a secret.

Would be a blessing if someone at the factory would speak english… I don’t care much about the price as long as I know what I get and when.
