You could put some shrinkwrap/tube around it 
All done, comparison with Berg hubs.
This is going on my Avio MK2 herringbone with the kegel attachment. Fits perfectly into the adapter with little play.

u can see the green valve cap here, i think the hub more cyan than green? i could probably try to find a cyan colour way
