I am so fucking sorry i did not tell that, i was kinfa tired, yes i was aware of it, because they were drilled imperial :man_facepalming: also i had some trouble for the rear bolts since i did not want them to show on the other side. I believe they have to be 12-15mm long. And need to be drilled out a tad as well. Of course this will all be changed with production batch.

I did want them to fit tight indeed so i made the hub .5mm bigger than normal.

I filmed it last year… but I’m a putz and never edited it. He did mine in about 13 minutes because I had a seized and stripped screw, but the tire work itself was fast.

I’ll edit it soon so I can show you. I’m more motivated now.

one more tolerance thing… the bearing seats. I’m going to have to sand those out too. They need to be a hair bigger.

I’ve got them all tapped, got the center caps sanded down so they fit into thier groove and can be popped out easily.

I’m taking the boas off my witchblade and dropping these on as soon as i get the bearings in.

light sanding with a small dremel sanding drum got them in there nicely.

the pully ratio is a motor heater but whatever i have a drawer full of them. Boards too hot for its own good anyway. God. Damn. Those wheels tho.

just took it around the block. The motors give fuck all about that 16/36 ratio on 145s. They just get a little warm. They feel great, and i think the added width might help prevent some of that tucking the bergs do when cornering hard.
