I just found this on AliExpress:
$1.38 | 1pcs Waterproof Button with 12V 220V Light Rocker Switch Opening 20MM Boat-shaped Round 3Pin Silver Point Switches https://a.aliexpress.com/_mMcmJU3
Idk why they shortened the URL tho. That’s peculiar
Small LED strip and clear MS silicone. The cable is secured by two little holes, and stitching several loops with a needled and thread. Super glue then sets the stitching hard.
The mounts are drilled and tapped M4 on the edges and it’s screwed to them, somewhat bracing the mounts also.
Gotm y headlights mounted and wired just gotta get the tail light done.
Headlight mount buts will be getting swapped to thumb screw style for easy removal. They are also wired with mr30s into the box 1 switch for high/low and 1 switch for the tail light. Headlights are ran off battery voltage and taillight is ran through a step down. Can’t wait to test them out on a night ride
Headlights, temporary el cheapo from Alibaba or Temu. I was planning on making some myself but these are good enough. They say 48v max but 16S has been fine for thousands of km so far. I cycle low beams, high beams, off with a switch by my foot. The ones that look like this.
Under glow with ws2812 strips, about 120 watts max draw. Main purpose is during Halloween and Christmas, can be controlled over Bluetooth.
Brake lights, done through Spintend Ubox and a their custom lisp code you just copy and paste. Tail light is a led strip and aluminium bar which used to be straight but I had to bend up for larger tires.
TSG Pass thing. I use it because otherwise my lights are all only 15cm above the ground and my brake lights only turn on while brake. I used a 21700, a tiny pcb from AliExpress that charges it from usb C and supplies an adjustable regulated voltage for €1.5, a thin led strip and a latching switch just shoved in there.
