Question. Does everyone use a 3d printer or is there an alternative to hook a flashlight on a helmet?

Umm…rivets are smooth on both sides? It’s nuts and bolts you want to avoid. If you have rubber pads or gaskets that will protect the helmet more from the pressure
I wouldn’t recommend that anyone puts holes in their helmet

I mean to be fair, helmets have holes all over the place for the straps, visors, air vents, and shields. It’s a matter of where you put the holes and how big they are. A pair of M3 rivets spaced 30mm apart on each side that are high up are not a structure concern

When they design helmets they keep in mind where all the holes they need to put in them will be. I would imagine that those areas are equipped for said hole.

Is 20$ profit a big deal? Oh yeah, forgot I threw in a ton of freebies to help out the guy buying it. Anorak was not mad, it took 2 months of tireless effort to get this thing shipped to me and over 50$ just shipping. new 5a charger included, did I mention that?He was just confused why I was selling it after all the work I did to get it down.
