As a very general rule of thum if the LED or strip has inbuilt resistors use CV
it’s equally possible I’m remembering wrong lol
New headlights and angle wings lights arrived from china these will run directly off my battery no bec buck required.

I use a constant current driver kit designed for 12v daylight running lights I learned the hard way burning out 3 12v lights before I learned my lesson.

Well if I was building a weed grow house selecting led heat sinks and power supply’s I probably would use a cc. If I was using eSkate light or I would go CV useing a resistor to limit current.

what Version do you have 5v ? i see a few but the ones with usb dont look as bright as yours

Has anyone found any nice bright lights that can run off a main batt pack and mount to GoPro mounts? I know it’s a stretch 
From my searching I didn’t find any that were powerful enough for night riding…

I have a GoPro mount light I have tried a GoPro riser mount and a board clamp mount. Both rattle like no one’s business.

I feel better about the growing collection of nicknacks on my helmet.
Bluetooth controls, garage door opener, RF controlled board light, motocross quick release googles.
I really want a Rage button that activates the most abusive lights I have and a ghost mode that cuts power to every light.
