lemme see them drag race!

Want to make sure nobody in front on start or he’ll just rear end them. But maybe that’s his plan

I’ve tested out RaceBro with 180A per motor

Now the torque is finally feeling the way I planned it in the first place! It’s gonna be crazy if I get to gear down the board 1:8. That’ll be another sub 1s 0-20 candidate

Upped the amps on RaceBro to 200A per side

Finally got a video of RaceBro doing 0.7G acceleration. No new times for now though, still 1.31s is my best and I am not gonna attempt 0-30 on my current trucks (and wobbly rims). So maybe next month? :eyes:

First shakedown session of the new board (forum post pending), hopefully will be able push faster times soon

That’s quick for a first shakedown! Excited to see what kind of times you get once you get used to the board.

can you quickly verify that these were without 1ft rollout?

Indeed, here ya go

Few Pbs tonight:

0-20: 1.36
0-30: 2.21
0-40: 3.73

For some reason i couldn’t get stats on the 0-30mph like the other two. Maybe as it was a custom addition. Still working out the Dragy functions.

You just need to go into “me” and “history” and then it shows all of them, it’s a little bit annoying sometimes to sort through

I don’t usually view them from the go screen personally

I’ll get there eventually, I’m doing testing for the Nomad N3 very soon, so maybe I can bring the raceboard with me

You should update the firmware, way better!

Yep, done that now and agree it’s better

@poastoast

Done a bit of drag racing on the exway venators on the racebro, so went from ~208mm to ~165mm diameter. I couldn’t full throttle with these small wheels

354A drawn from the available 400A.

YOOOO sick dude, catching up quick :fire:

It’s hard to understand how quick this is without actually experiencing it! Actually the board could do sub 1 sec if I could actually put down the power. I should be able to do better times than this as is but I’m gonna save the remaining tread on these exway tires for indoor track use and only go sub 1 sec when I’ll have 4WD ready, hopefully in a month or so :eyes:
