yes youre right another thing i just calculated is tht my 12s5p setup only provides 100amps in total
so to feed my motors needs a battery tht provides 160amps would be necessary am i right?
so like a monster battery of 12s9p
am i thinking correctly?

at max speed, yes. But at half speed, you are driving the motors at half the voltage, so you only need half the power, and your battery can definitely provide that.

No point unless you have a board ready right this instant and are fine with losing money / trading for a 60D later when they’re available. (+ even if you don’t care about money, the 60D’s mosfets have lower resistance, meaning higher efficiency)

Will any of these escs have a gyro on board? (Specifically asking for the 100s)

I believe the gyro is populated on these.

I don’t work for Lacroix so I can’t give a definitive NO for an answer, but I am pretty sure they don’t have any plans for it currently. I would wait for Torqueboards’ new single ESCs if I were you.
