I think that we can assume that if 80a for 100 seconds is doable then 20-40a for 60 minutes is not an issue.

6380 and 6389/6396 are all same stator size so they should all be fine on higher voltage.

No one on this planet is pulling more than 80 amps continuous at 12s for more than a minute on a board they stand on with escs available right meow.
Unless they are literally taking flight. 
These will work. And so help me jebus, let some one ask about an serial pack voltage (li-ion, lipo,lead acid, dinosaur, lyfepo) that exceeds 100v top charge, I’ll haunt you and hound you to show me that pack, because you don’t have it. If you do, it’s not going on a skateboard.
