FW 23.46? Goes against what they recommend.

I just wanted to see it run.

Good on ya mate, same here TBH! Can’t wait until I get home and the kids are in bed!

So, use stock unity comms or what about an old timey hm-10-whatever module?

@Arch @Deodand @Blasto inevitable question so I’ll be the monkey asking, does Stormcore FW have HFI already?

Yes it will have HFI out of the block.

You can use an external metr module if you like, the 100D will have an integrated BLE. There will be an additional uart that is accessible from the exterior

The same data is available to both methods. It’s only a matter of software support which is already in progress on my side.

I got an iPhone 5s from Japan that also has US bands. Trade ya for an android of similar oldness. I would like to see what the vesc proper app is like.

That or fishpaper, or 8 awg wire.

Just so you know, 23.46 is still not compatible. As you can probably see the data that is being read is incorrect

Hey Sofu any plans to support older model iPhones like 6 (or even mikes 5)

It’s really about the OS version. iOS 13 is the earlist the app currently supports. When I have time I’ll do testing on earlier versions and if it generally works I’ll enable support

Oh. The only old android phone I got is a galaxy s4 that I no longer know the location of. I’ll see if I can dig it up later

In terms of amp limits, I saw one post that mentioned a peak of 80A for 100 seconds, but what about reliable continuous amperage draw on something like a common 12s setup?
