Getting it wet and dirty is the most heartbreaking part of testing a new build.
But you have to know if slinging mud everywhere is going to break it or not…

Now that I have about half an year of riding I have to say this board is light years ahead of anything I tried.
It’s a pain now when I have to ride on another board including MBS…
I’m riding this offroad also in wet conditions and it’s total fun!

v3 Changelog:
Decided to get lower kv motors to get the speed down from 75 to 50 km/h and have more torque.
After a long time waiting, the 6384 130kv APS motors arrived last week…
Also took the opportunity to make the enclosure more water proof. Thanks to @b264 for the blueprint.
Tried some GX12 plugs for the sensor wires but unfortunately don’t have enough space for them so ended up with rubber grommets.
Charging plug also changed to CNLINKO LP16 from @EboardSolutions.
Added Flipsky antispark switch to control the DV6.

Never wanted an AT board until I saw this setup. Did not think downhill deck was possible with pneumatics until i saw these trucks. I’m inspired. Awesome build!

Thanks mate. I was not sure this was going to work but now I can say that it’s a total bliss to ride.
I don’t do huge jumps like the MTB guys but I definitely ride along with them with no problem. It’s a lot of fun

First of all let me start by saying dammmm, that is an awesome build! I’m planning on converting my urethane board to something like you did here. Manly because of the shitty asphalt in my city. I wanted to pic you brain about a bunch of things. How wide is the deck? Would it be possible to get enough clearance with 230 or 240 hangers and risers? How much range do you get with the wheels and battery combo? I use the same enclosure in my current build, and I was also looking at those Aliexprress wheels.
I am looking of upgrading wheels + pulleys, truck hangers at the minimum.
I currently run 10s3p Molicel P26A and get about 23km range on Caguamas with singl6374 Flipsky motors with flipsky FSESC 4.12
