A local rider (different board) was having issues with his Kaly XL-R. Respected battery builder inspected the battery and said it was the worst built battery he had ever seen.

STAY far aware from this fraud! Heās nothing but a lying, full of nothin piece of ____ who sends outs boards that are DOA, then blames it on a family member dying when he stated he was the one that did every quality control pre shipment until mine. Then he releases an 8k dollar board and it burns someoneās house down. Instead of standing up like a real business owner should, he folded, said f u to all customers and ignored any warranty inquiries. Iāll be paying him a visit here on my trip to NYC next month so myself and a few others are gonna ride until we find lol.

If itās any consolation, his reputation is hot garbage in just about every place where people talk about this hobby. Not sure youād enjoy a physical confrontation with him, though.
