I think u can get away with sending around 20 “prototype”batteries before the battery design needs to be certified which is a long expensive process.
He’s foolish enough to assume that will go well for him
No simp like a Kaly simp.
Man im ready for the gold medal mental gymnastics of how it was okay to ship those batteries.
My bet is a version of “user error.”
Maybe. Im thinking “While my arm was broke I relied on help and that help put out product that wasn’t up to my standards and i wasn’t aware”. Ya know some variation of kicking the can and not taking responsibility.
Someone should have Thomas ask why there is no registered business in New York called kaly nyc
What’s the TL;DR or the transcription?
Wow, he was operating without a formal business? Without a LLC or other business entity, I believe a law suit can go after everything you have.
It hasn’t taken place yet
Probably why the lawsuits in California named him directly and also named his “business” as an unrecognized entity.
@Kaly care to comment?
bro lucky hope he’s chilling with the moneyyyy
There are no words for how fucking foolish you would have to be to do something like this
It costs like $65 and takes a couple hours of your time.
It’s much more expensive in NYC. Closer to $1200 I believe. Bureaucratic bandits
Still, $1200 to shield you from personal liability when you’re in an industry lousy with people hurting themselves and possibly worse? No brainer.
There are work-arounds for that. You can register your business in another state. You just need an address in the state that you register in for the most part.
Yes, but registering a business also comes with that whole pesky tax liability thing.
