I just did a quick research on TeamGee on Amazon US. They were a time long one of the top sellers for electric skateboards. Now they are #30 in longboards and #3 in electric skateboards with an 4.2 stars rating. So it seems like they solved their problems, but I will research further and talk to them.

What kv are they?
Whats the max batt amps the esc is set at?
And what is the max motor amps?
Just a suggestion if you want to shut everyone up:
Get one of your guys to do a range test ride over the weekend and log it with a tracker app and post screenshots showing:
the map, avg moving speed, top speed, elevation/speed graphs, and a picture of the rider weight.
- everyone shuts up because you’re right
or - you change your claims because you’re wrong

I think your hub motor will be use more than 25Wh/km. Is not as efficient as you saying. Hub motor is inefficient because it have no gear reduction.
