Hey,

Ive found 2 Raptor Packs with 1 dead group each otherwise mint packs…

Groups 5/6 on each pack.

Any tips on supplies needed to remove the one bad group seeing as all the cells are from the same batches/cycles?

You’re gonna be better off tearing both packs down to bare cells, and rebuilding them properly.

Cells age, these could have been sitting for quite awhile now at who knows what voltage.

I wouldn’t do anything with these unless you do cycle/capacity testing on every cell individually.
