all bolts installed and just realised how heavy this thing is
i can barely carry it and at an estimate prob 20-30kg

thanks man having a couple programming issues as im having annoying startup but looks like i have found the problem
other thing is i feel like the throw on the puck is super short. it feels like its either on or off

it doesnt start up normally. it just cogs for ages. i keep getting hall sensor issues is the problem. everytime i shut the enclosure my hall sensors act weird. i hate hfi but would consider this new a.s.s just wonder how it compares

What do you plug them into? Seems like they lose contact meaning something pulls on them

straight into the vesc
opened the enclosure and just now glued them down but these motors stilll sound a little funny. might just be they need to be greased

yep to both of those
sadly when undoing one of the bolts an insert came out and pulled off a teeny bit of wood 
i had to epoxy it back in place so will have to wait till tomorrow to redo it
the motors just seem very jerky and not so smooth
will try doing the detections again and see what i can do
may just be the actual gear drives need some slight adjustments made

you can hear they are quite loud and when i use the board loaded they cog a little now before going
for helicals they are def to loud though
