1500km Update
I just happen to take the wheels off my, almost 2 year old, first pneumatic board to replace a broken belt. I am amazed how the 3D printed ABS pulley (teeth coated with super glue) looks and fits like it’s new. Even the layer lines are visible after almost 1500km. I had made a detailed post on this on the builder’s forum in August of 2018 and thought it might be of interest to people who would rather spend $80 on pneumatic wheels and not $200 to begin with. I haven’t yet changed the bearing and it seems smooth enough. Also the clever tires last for ever and are mostly flat free, IF YOU FILLET/CHAMFER THE EDGE OF THE RIM WHERE THE VALVE COMES OUT.

Replacement Tires
Replacement tires are very very cheap(~$5 for tire and tube) if you buy from taobao.
Some guy even bought them shipped for $3.8 per set.
