UPDATE TIME!
The Spar urethane I used to lock in the frit didn’t work with the carbon fiber deck, I’ve used it before on wood decks and it was great.
I stripped off all of the old spar/frit and ordered some west systems 105/207 epoxy. (The good shit)
Repainted the deck, did a better job!
This time the color came out the way I wanted it.
Partially transparent
Then sparkled out from a different angle
This time I used some larger purple frit along with with dichroic frit. With 3 layers of epoxy. 1 before the frit, 2 after.
This came out so much better and was much less time consuming compared to spar urethane.

Another Update…
UPGRAYYD!!!
finally got my Davega I powdercoated it purple.
Torqueboards 190kv 6380s also arrived!
Swapped out the pulleys to 18/72
swapped out the 200x75 Qing da for some 200x50 kendas… 43mph weighted top speed
I’m so happy with this build right now!!!

Clean part, degrease part, make part electrostatic negative, spray gun has electrostatic positive potential, spray part with spray gun and then cure in an oven.

I do mine a little different.
I’ll clean it really good, then put it on the oven and warm up the part to 400f, then I’ll spray the part with the powdercoat gun, then bake at 15 min 400f.
Its called hotcoating.

@Linny it depends on how hard i ride. If I hang with the onewheels doing 15mph I can get 22-24 miles. If I run it up over 35+mph I’ll get 10-12 miles

I have a yzpower charger that was supposed to be 8a, turned out they sent a 4a. I need a better charger for group rides

I have the regular 200x50 tubes in there.
Zero wheel balance, yes I have slyme in them. They hit 40mph with no wobbles!
