I mostly meant like a date that entries shall be posted on, so as to not have entries coming in before others
Versus, randomly posting entries all along. But anyways not my comp haha hoyt can reply if they want

Cool. Are we going to have a separate thread for submissions or just keep everything here?
Everything in here
I haven’t really had any time to work on this, but here is what I threw together:
The design integrates the LED module into a board via an “x thing” style plate that doubles as a washer for truck mounting screws. The design is intended to be used with m5 socket cap screws since I seriously hate stripping hardware. The LED module is attached via 2 small m2.6 screws threaded directly into the 3d printed plastic (I would likely use super glue to attach these). If waterproofing was needed, silicone or perhaps hot glue could be used to encase the LED module, making removal difficult but hopefully unnecessary. Wires for the LED module would likely be routed downwards through a small hole drilled in the deck, but a slight modification to the design would allow the cables to come out on top of the deck as well.
TL;DR - This is an “x thing” with an integrated battery indicator.
note: only compatible with the EL1/EL2 version of the battery indicator

Oh god I totally forgot about this. I will have to submit mine tomorrow!
Thoughts on an extension?
Here’s a simple solution to replicate the oem setup:

Consists of:

HotyLEDRiser_Top_v3.stl (126.1 KB)
Shoutout to @PixelatedPolyeurthan for the excellent model. Although beware the connector is not exactly in the right place / size, per the drawing.
Tbh there’s been plenty of time I just forgot bc of carve
Carve is a perfectly valid reason to be late on submissions haha
Hey everybody!
Lets give folks an extra week to submit their designs. New deadline is August 15th!
Nice little assembly for mounting to the interior of an enclosure. Makes wiring stupid simple direct to ESC. Can see the LED indicator lights on the side of an underslung enclosure.

Will there be a voting thread for this like the BOTY competition?
vote with likes
Makes more sense to have a separate thread where you can just see the posts but alright lol
There’s fluff between them, might not be quite as fair
We will make a post that quotes everyone’s entry to make it easier.
If you guys still want a poll, then we can add a poll to that post also. Just don’t wanna make more threads than absolutely necessary
Noxy’s all in one top mount battery cap
It has the LED indicator, XT90s loop key, and 5.5mm barrel charge port. 80mm x 80mm x 16mm
Loop Key Housing.STL (46.0 KB)
Hoyt LED Panel.STL (1.5 MB)
And one for under mount enclosures as well, here’s the skinny (118mm x 16mm x 5mm) designed to go with 5.5mm barrel ports and a Unity power button. I put all the wires in the same region so it’s easier to make holes, and it uses 2x M4 pan heads. Conveniently, this one prints supportless
I will be sticking this along the side of my SS Evo enclosure if I get my hands on a nose LED

Tunring in for the night but I’ll post up my entries in the morning!
