I’m very confused how it got locked on there if the gasket was still on (partially or not)

The gasket was on but it was not attached to anything it was just sort of hanging there
Happened to me on my meepo charging plug. Can be a real pain to screw back off. Was luckily able to do it with fingers only.

You put the thing in a clamp and tried to turn it with pliers and it still is stuck? That’s the strongest antispark in existence then

Lol, I have built and rebuilt dozens of boards, I’ve never once remembered to plan where which side to put the power switch on. We all do shit like that, half the fun.

If you can try hitting the washer with a dremel, just enough to loosen it then maybe try prying it apart with a putty knife or something

Find another nut that fits and just leave that one on there.

@Bensaida you could extend the wires? I know the bkb kit is no soldering if you do it right but… if you have an iron on hand give it a shot.

Doesnt fit the hole with the nut on. Im just gonna try to force it out, if it breaks when i try it ill find somewhere to get a new one
