one of the main problem would be the touchdown force of an aircraft in unstable weather, landing is basically pilot slamming the whole plane on the ground and use downforce and brake to keep the plane on the runway to stop.
traditional aircraft have less weight on touchdown than take off, so the amount of force is lower which put less stress and wear on the landing gear system, but with full electric, take off weight is same as touchdown weight, that is not what current aircraft is supposed to be able to keep doing long term.
that’s also why when an aircraft declare emergency right after (or during) take off, they go into holding position and dump as much fuel as possible until they can land again, to lighten itself
