Hi, I have this vesc set up for an e bike, a few questions acured, maybe someone could help me.

  1. Auto shut off doesn’t work. How to troubleshoot it?
    Where’s only one setting, setting the time after how long it shuts off, but it doesn’t.

  2. Did do the detection via Bluetooth, did all the other settings via Bluetooth, did not changed anything related to firmware. Now while being connected to the app, I get a firmware reading error and I get lost connection, what type of issue is this?
    Should I update the FW via PC? It says on the website that it uses custom firmware, so maybe I am advised against updating?

Can any issues ocure from button and Bluetooth sharing the same output voltage?

I don’t really have a way to connect bike to PC, but now I can’t do anything.

Is that the QS205?
if so is it sensorless?
if so are you using HFI or tried to?
Were you getting temp sensor error before?

Is it possible to connect additional temp sensor to this Vesc?

If you run a sensorless motor, you can use the motor temp input.

It’s sensorles, but I do use the temp sensor in it. I have read something about plugging it into adx channel, bit didn’t understand it fully.

Are where any people pushing these Vesc?
I’m currently on 84v and 350a settings, around 12kw and Vesc goes to 50c.

Can a Device of this size be used with 35-40kw peaks realistically?

Or is it time to move to 1000a controllers?
